The pilgrimage to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple

Shinshoji Temple, which descends slowly from Omotesando from Narita Station, is a general office of the Fudoson faith that has been relocated by Kobo Daishi Kukai and has many worshipers throughout the year.

The attraction is in Naritasan Park, which continues from important histrical buildings and precincts.

Japanese style Cafe “Miyoshiya”

“Miyoshiya” is a pure Japanese-style cafe specializing in food, tea, and garden.

While walking along Omotesando, there is a store in the back of the alley where you might pass by.

The best recommendation is “Cream Anmitsu”. There are many beverage menus, but these might not be neccesary because the dessert comes with delicious Hojicha tea and pickles.

Sweet red-beans, rice flour dumplings, agar, ice cream, rice cakes are delicious and traditional Japanese style. The vessel is also cute, and you can enjoy the space where the flow of time has stopped for a while while looking at the Japanese-style garden.

Narita City Fireworks Festival is held every fall. The magnificent fireworks launched at Inba Marsh can be seen from the countryside. If you go near the launch site, the water fireworks refrected to the lake surface will make the fireworks look even more beautiful.

Airplane Observatory with cherry blossoms “Sakura no yama park”

This is a park with a hill where you can see the plane taking off and landing at Narita Airport over the seasonal flowers. Also this is the photo spot where photographers gather as airplanes of many airlines fly over.

Several kinds of cherry trees are planted in the park, and you can take nice pictures of cherry blossoms, rape blossoms, in full bloom, and airplanes .

“Sakura no yama, Sora no eki, sakura-kan”, located next to the parking lot, sells fresh agricultural products and special products around Narita, and Narita City tourism character “Unarikun” goods. Flight shop where you can find flight goods and flight information unique to Narita Airport is also interesting spot.

Narita City Tourism Character “Unari-kun”

Narita City sightseeing character “Unari-kun” was brilliantly ranked 1st in the Yuru Chara Grand Prix 2017. Don’t miss the lovely figure that combines an airplane and an eel. Various goods are sold in souvenir shops or various places in Narita city.

Bakery along the Omotesando “Pan chaya”

A popular bakery along the Omotesando with a take-out and a café inside is operated by Shimoda Kouseido, a Kampo pharmacy also along the Omotesando. This is a bakery with a nostalgic atmosphere where you can find Coppé bread and original bread unique to Narita.

You can buy over-the-counter bread and sandwiches and eat them inside, but the most popular is a lunch set with salad, soup, 4 types of bread, and cream puff. Why don’t you plan your trip with Narita’s guidebook while enjoying various types of bread at the relaxing cafe space?

Especially recommended is a sandwich with a moist and juicy stuffing. Eggs, potato salad and ham are all exquisite sandwiches. Also included in the lunch set.

Homemade cakes of authentic Italian restaurant “Anton”

There is a popular Italian restaurant “Anton” in Kozu-no-mori one stop taking the Keisei Railway from Narita Station and at the foot of Kozu. It is a popular restaurant that is always full and must be reserved, but there are actually many customers who come for cakes. When you eat cakes in the restaurant, it comes on a plate with fruit, but you can also take it out.

The best recommendation is a freshly prepared crunchy millefeuille. The combination of solid puff pastry and rich custard cream is not too sweet. We also recommend a mousse cake with a refreshing lemon flavor.

Meat and fish dishes using seasonal ingredients are also very delicious, so please try the à la carte menu with the cake. Also lunch has started recently.
